Yes, Flu & Cold season is coming!
We want to share our Real Epicure ways to prepare for winter.
1 – Wash your hands, wash your hands with soap and running water 🙂
2 – Drink hot green tea!
Drinking hot green tea will soothe your throat and warm you up.
If you are sensitive to caffeine, try drinking Hojicha, which is very low in caffeine.
3 – Stay hydrated with teas and soups
Dehydration lowers your immunity. My favourite tea is Hojicha soy latte with ginger and cinnamon!
4 – Regular exercise
Do not overdo it. Moderate exercise is good for your immune system. Taking a 20 – 30minute walk every day is ideal.
5 – Sleep well
Caffeine keeps you awake.
At night, try Hojicha, which is very low in caffeine.
The nutty aroma and savoury taste of Hojicha will help you relax.
6 – Keep regular hours
Get sunshine in the morning to set your body clock.
7 – Get some sunshine
We need sun on our skin to make Vitamin D, which is essential to our immune system.
8 – Relax and meditate
Green tea has theanine which helps calm you down. You do not need to meditate for a long time to calm your mind.

10 – Eat well
We are what we eat. Eat more veggies and fruit and enjoy your meals.
Hojicha has a nutty aroma and savoury taste, making it is an excellent tea to have with your meal. Hojicha is also very low in caffeine so that children can drink Hojicha instead of soft drinks!
